Arun Jambulapati
This semester, I am a Research Fellow at the Simons Institute. Previously I was a postdoc at the University of Washington hosted by Yin Tat Lee and Santosh Vempala. I completed my Ph.D. at Stanford in 2022.
Starting in 2024, I will be a postdoc at the University of Michigan.
I will be on the academic job market for the 2023-2024 cycle.
Research Interests
My research interests lie broadly in continuous optimization, high dimensional probability, and graph algorithms. More specifically, I am interested in the power of continuous iterative techniques to solve combinatorial problems and in the use of combinatorial structure to create algorithms for structured convex optimization.
